I prefer to say it a different way. It's quite enforceable. And it's very likely that a LEO that arrests under it will have no consequence under the concept of qualified immunity. That is, most "reasonable" people don't know that 30.06 isn't valid on a city owned property. I've spoken with officers that will enforce on it and I've spoken with those that won't, but I ask the question outside of being in that situation.dicion wrote:

Chas has some draft legislation that would make improper posting actionable (civil) by you and me, which might discourage cities that do it anyway.
