She's just trying to pick up gun owner support for something she'd maneuver into defeat if it was ever proposed.

HOWEVER:
1. Her history of padding her personal history puts question to her veracity (of course as a politician its asumed she's lying whenever she's talking.

2. I'd look to see what her past history is as this does go against the grain and her opponent has staked out a position of 2nd A. support already in a heavily 2nd A state.
