Totally not correct. All places that sell alcohol are required by TABC to post a notice. If they derive more than 51% of their revenue from the sale of alcohol for on premises consumption, then they have to post the TABC "51%" sign. Different situation. In this case, the sign itself does not meet the legal requirements to be effective notice. In the mall situation, the sign itself DOES meet the legal requirements to be effective notice. So if you see a sign anywhere on the property that meets the legal requirements, then you have been notified. If you do not see a sign that meets the legal requirements then you have not been notified. That was helpful. Especially when we have already mentioned several other AUSTIN locations of the same business that are NOT posted. The one that is posted is dang near in Cedar Park, not the downtown Austin of the other locations.
