Re: American Airlines Center vs. Conceal Carry

Technically it is owned by Center Operating Company L.P. (The company is a partnership owned by Mavericks owner Mark Cuban and Dallas Stars owner Tom Hicks), but was built in part with public funds from a new hotel tax and a rental car tax. Seeing as tax payers helped fund the build, makes it off li...

American Airlines Center vs. Conceal Carry

The wife and I went this last Saturday to see Jeff Dunham live. I could not find any postings for the AAC on http://www.texas3006.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and was pretty sure it is city owned anyway. We looked on thier website and did not see anything. We even loo...

Re: Legislative Protection for Shooting Snakes In Public

 I am not sure what to say here. Seems like a few people are just looking for justification to shoot their gun! I think that it shows that many people have a severe phobia of snakes. As the sheeple like to say, "Maybe they shouldn't put themselves in a situation where they need to be af...

Re: For the Big Man

Bigger guy here as well. I carry both IWB and OWB. I found that OWB is most comfortable for me with bigger weapons (sig p250c and ruger p95). I do have an alien gear with shells for both of those for IWB carry and it works great. When I want to dress up, I wear my SCCY cpx2 iwb in a shepard leather....

Re: Legislative Protection for Shooting Snakes In Public

 I am not sure what to say here. Seems like a few people are just looking for justification to shoot their gun! I am sorry, but the example of a toddler in a swing set is just comical. No other words for it. If a rattler, or any other snake for that matter, is within striking distance, and yo...

Re: Unholstered

I solved this by having a second pocket style holster in the car at all times. I leave carry holster on as I don't want to mess with my belt. Just pull weapon and put in second holster, then lock up. Simple.
