I was in Dallas, HS junior. A lot of kids skipped to go downtown, but I didn't. My Dad was returning from a hunting trip with rifles in the backseat. He was stopped and questioned, but fortunately he had a deer with him.

On Sunday, I was downtown waiting for a bus across from the Police HQ and heard the shot that killed Oswald.
