If I had done it, it would have been on I-35 Southbound. Don't you mean northbound out of Austin or San Antonio? Or on any highway outbound from any of our major cities? Nope... I-35 Southbound. They can stop after they pass through Laredo. I-45 Southbound also needs one of these in La Marque.

Re: Knife Carry Questions
Other than the secure area of an airport, I can't think of any other places that are strictly off limits for legal pocket knives. There are places that prohibit them, like courthouses as mentioned in another thread, but that will be their own rules. I usually wear a concealed fixed blade neck knife...

Cities can only make Class C at most so worst case it's a $500 fine if they catch you and successfully prosecute.

A non resident can purchase a long gun in person from a dealer at their business location if the law in both states allow it.

no the 1st amendment is not being infringed or subjugated to the government by not allowing churches to use unlicensed member as security. the law does not in any way alter the way in which you worship, meet or assemble, merely restricts to licensed individuals the job of security or law enforcemen...

Sad situation. We have many cowards walking the streets of America doing what they do best. Absolutely nothing. It's shameful that cowards outnumber real men. These cowards are just as bad as the criminal in our Society. Yes. Just as bad and maybe worse. Heartless, mindless, soulless, cowardly bein...

June 8, 2014 was the invoice date. The invoice also has product from two other companies that are marketplace. But I figured it out! Dietary supplement = nontaxable!!! Now you have look up taxable status as well for potential use tax items! But it strengthens my point, these laws are too cumbersome...

I thought it doesn't apply if you're carrying your license and a concealed handgun. Leave the handgun or license at home and it applies.Deltaboy wrote:Good to know I can get one. And that DA in the case needs to be disbarred. It plainly says the law doesn't apply to CHL HOLDERS.

Re: Critical legislation for 2015
Open carry is legal in the majority of the states. So, as matter of principal, in a gun friendly state like Texas, why Texas should be one of last to make the OC lawful? That's a good question Beiruty. I can't think of any other state where someone with a license to carry faces up to a year in jail...

Re: How do you defend children against above the law politic
England used to have some appropriate punishments. But lets just say we are far too civilized to use them any longer. So if they are living I think a short rope and a long drop would do. Additionally I think that a firing squad would be just as effective and perhaps cheaper (you don't have to build...
