HB 3231 - County and City Regulations relating to Firearms etc.

Counties and cities may not:
Create or enforce regulations or ordinances pertaining to the possession, carrying or storage of firearms, ammo or firearms accessories
Regulate the carrying of firearms by an LTC holder
Prohibit certain employees from carrying a firearm if licensed

Provides a private cause of action against the entity violating the statute.
