My last post to this thread I'm happy to say.It was 72 days mailbox to mailbox. In my case the date on the postmark was the date the website updated to "mailed".

5-7 Website status changed to Application: Received
5-31 Background check complete
6-4 Mailed
6-6 Plastic in hand

Time to start stalking the postman. The status changed in the middle of the day (sometime after 1pm) so the previous poster that stated it only updates at 6am is incorrect.

24 days in background check but it's finally done. Status changed to manufacturing pending this morning. It's been 66 days so far since I dropped the forms in the mailbox.

I'm glad it's not just me. This is day 57 since I mailed in the forms and it's been 15 days since the background check was started.

My status finally changed this morning to "Application: Received." Everything is now green except for:

Background Check : Under review
Concealed Handgun License : Print pending completion of application review
