I have the same issue with cargo shorts and my pocket carry.. I just wear a longer shirt.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't that only active duty members who have a recent pistol qualification, since they all initially qualify on a rifle not a pistol? Hmm.. Looking again, it does count for veterans, but they must have qualified in the last 5 years.. So I don't feel bad about it now. :p ...

I had the privilege of watching my wife qualify today. She shot a 238 out of 250, then scored a 94 on the written test. She used my 9mm Glock 19. I'm so proud of her. I browsed the website for that 3 Speed Holster and love the concept. But although they say it is suitable for wear at all positions, it really seems to be primarily for belly carry. Given that I am not a skinny guy, and have a bit of a Fupa, I doubt I could carry my XD40 Service comfortably in that....

The way I see it they are just attempting to close a loophole that many people are exploiting to benefit from reduced fees and "class time" by obtaining an out of state, non-resident CHL. I would prefer that Texas legislators focus on enacting gun laws similar to those in AZ and other stat...

Just to give my experience for timing expectations.. I dropped my stuff in the mail 2/13/13. Took about a month for them to show it as "received" online. I just received it in the mail today. 71 Days. My DL expires next month and shortly after they showed it as received I got a letter for ...
