Did you send proof of citizenship along with your app? I was born in the Philippines (Air Force brat), and was advised to send a copy of my Certificate of Birth Abroad. even though I did my prints at the DPS and had the background check in hand when I hand delivered the App on Jan 12 2007. Still procesing?
