I've had no issues whatsoever with mine. Several hundred rounds though it, and not one failure. It fit my need for a pocket gun perfectly - it's incredibly easy to conceal and reliable. My only gripe is the looong trigger pull required to operate the trigger. Considering it's a pocket gun that is meant to be carried in all kinds of crazy places, I don't blame Ruger for making the trigger that way. I can still put rapid-fire shots downrange with reasonable accuracy, and that's all I need.
