Since it appears that you like metal-framed SA guns, and your user name IS 9mmfan, you might consider a Hi-Power. It will keep you in the same caliber as you seem to use already, and is a reliable gun. Holsters are relatively easy to find, as the gun is the same profile as a 1911. It is what I carry daily. The shape and size is very similar to a CZ75B, but with a slightly shorter grip. I carry Mec-Gar 15-round mags, which are flush-fit (same size as the stock 13-rounders) and have been absolutely reliable for me. New FN/Browning Hi-Powers can be had for under $800. There is the "Practical" model that can be found that is more geared for carry (commander hammer, novak sights, etc.) and there are several on gunbroker. Here's one that's currently priced (used, but appears to be in excellent condition) at $625:
