I went to get my app packet in person. My experience with the CHL folks at the DPS HQ was positive. The lady that helped me was friendly and helpful. They are busy there, so you probably have to wait a few minutes for them to get someone up front to help you. I doubt you'd get a new app thrown at the bottom of some naughty pile for bringing it in person.cagstorm wrote:I see your from Austin... did you just walk it into the DPS?
