I would suggest to them that they write anything about firearms very clear and concise, so that no one could misinterpret it, as many people here in the U.S. do today. Don't mention militia, just say the people. In the comments section under the announcement they were enthusiastically talking about using our Constitution as the guide to make a new one with.
Now that brought a tear to my eye - our Constitution is still the standard that others look to.
