Start slow to get the movements down, then work your way up to "real life" speed. Different trainers will tell you different things as far as how to move - the big thing is to find what seems comfortable and accurate and then stay consistent as you increase your speed.Beiruty wrote:slow down, take baby steps and try not walk backward, better sideways.
