No...not yet anyways but I think we're starting to see opposition to the fringes of the latest gun control push starting to erode. I think those pushing gun control in Congress realize that th...

Re: Guns & Ammo editorial calling for gun control

Between this and seeing rumblings about the background check bill being back on the table, I'm afraid the tide is starting to turn. Are you saying you believe that gun control is becoming a popular opinion among the majo...

Not to "annoy" you, TAM, and not to open that dispute I avoided earlier, at least I will not join it if it develops, in my opinion it is also not absolutely clear that an Executive Agreement, not improperly often also termed a treaty, cannot lawfully authorize legislative and/or executive...

To try and get past what seems to be some confusion, .08 BAC is only the hard line that makes you automatically "intoxicated" by law. You do not have to have a BAC of .08 to be arrested for DWI or carrying intoxicated if the arresting officer deems you to be intoxicated by the following la...

I may have missed something, but isn't he a felon? If so, I would question his ability to get a FFL. Colin He doesn't have to be the one with the FFL, just the guy with his name on the building. The guy is good [questionable?] at branding himself, and this is just another avenue. Get a partner who ...

Re: Home of the Brave and Land of the...Free?

Re: Home of the Brave and Land of the...Free?
Anyone who believes that Canadians, Australians, and Brits have more individual liberties than an American citizen has poached his brain.
