Re: Car Burglary with CHL Questions
there is a baton thread only a few clicks away, they can carry that baton. check out the thread I learned alot.EEllis wrote:Managers at 51% locations can legally carry so it's the owner that is the issue not the law. Carrying a club, extendable baton, is illegal so stop doing that.

Re: Collapsible Baton-Legal to Carry in Texas
Im in lubbock, and here on the news we have a lot of news about the underground pit bull fighting circuit. My sister the other was accosted by a large pit bull while walking our little dog. Luckily the pit bull was only playing, but it was still terrifying. many residents in my area walk with a club...

Re: e-mail from student about road raging motorcyclist
I believe the smart thing to do is to call the police right away if a biker is doing what the OP said. I would also head straight for IHOP (theres sure to be a cop there). The banging on the window is bad, and I think that deadly force is justified, espeically when he tried to open the door. However...

Re: America's Gun: The Rise of the AR-15
actually thatsincorrect there seems to be a lot of confusion . The m16a1 (vietnam, triangle grip) was select fire (meaning the rifle has 3 settings , semi, auto, safe) the m16a2 incorporated the vaunted a2 sights, and a different select fite trigger group (safe, semi, 3 round burst) the m16a3 is a mod...

Re: Carrying Too Much Gear
I too am of the opinion that unless care is used lugging around your ak could be very irresponsible. if you can always have that bag with you it less so. ibwould imagine an leo encounter would not go well. but as to the condition, hammer down is best. safety off. nothing worse than pulling trigger t...

Re: Kel-tec KSG
i really want basically all the keltec combat guns..
the ksg,rfb,su-16,pmr-30,and sub2000
why hasnt keltec expanded to meet demand. Hopefully in the next 5 years they will be able to keep up. I think everyone would buy a ksg if they could get their street price back to MSRP.

Re: Keep It Clean, Keep It Classy
many are indeed misinformed, but some are truly evil. if we get what we want they go about their life in total freedom. some of those people , if they got everything they want... We might see them round up their openents for imprisonment or worse. look how socialists in the past have handled their p...

Re: Mid-Length Gas System?
my sibling had an Ad with .45 ... we are very fortunate noone was hurt. even with HP ammo that .45 slug penetrated 3 walls ( 6 layers of sheet rock) and went into a bathroom door across the hall then into an oak panel where the bullet finnally stopped. scary stuff. id reccomend frangible bullets for...

Re: Mid-Length Gas System?
. . in case you were not kidding , it seems all manufacturers have been making 24mm obj scopes backward for some time now. the big plus with these scopes is the very long, very forgiving eye relief. In fact thats why the mount cantilevers so far forward. lots of peripheral vision woth these scopes, ...

Re: Mid-Length Gas System?
This rifle began life as a mk12 mod 1 build, but quickly recieved many "operator specific" changes: http://i1220.photobucket.com/albums/dd456/charmandave/98765422-EB7B-453A-B122-AD4CF17E69D4-2770-0000020B91EE3397_zps866a339b.jpg mid length gas system ( no hiccups yet, have used rifle, and ...
