True, my bad. This story has been going around the net and it just strikes me as funny how much gets left out and how outraged people are without knowing more complete info. And of course once more info is available, well they have their minds made up and refuse to look again at the event.

The cops say Green was let into the house and he didn't "Kick" the door. The implication is that Matt Pinkerton was upset that his wife had some sort of affair with Green when he was posted in Korea. Green was a friend of the wife's brother and was in close contact with the family during Pinkerton's absence. He had even lived in that house and was allowed to use the basement to "Party" with friends. Pinkerton reported said he suspected his wife of having an affair while he was gone. He came back to the states to find Green living with his wife. Yep Green lived in the house until Pinkerton came home and was then asked to leave. 3 witnesses and no one called 911 until well after Green was shot so how much of a disturbance was there? Accounts I have read said Pinkerton told cops he got his gun when Green knocked on the door and not in response to him trying to break in.Funny how everyone immediately believes everything the attorney for the defense says. Pinkerton shot and killed an intruder who just happened to also be having an affair with the defendant's wife? And there is no possible conclusion other than self defense? I'm not sure what the truth is but we definitely don't have all the facts in these posts that are popping up all over the place on this shooting.
