I think another lesson that can be learned from this incident is that it serves to remind us that a failure to stop can happen to anyone. The guy beating the officer apparently took four torso hits from a .45, in addition to one round fired by the officer, yet still refused to halt his aggression.


The only thing that can ensure a stop is a CNS hit.
