I maybe wrong but they cannot fire you for keeping in your vehicle unless they fall under one of the exempt places. My employer HAD to re-write the directives when this became law. We still can't carry in building, company owned vehicles, etc.. but we CAN keep in our privately owned secured vehicles on their parking lot. Unless they do vehicle searches, how are they going to know anyway? :banghead:
