I doubt the problem was the will to act but more likely the lack of permission to fire.Jumping Frog wrote:News footage I saw showed him walking in front of a glass window several times. Sniper should have simply put him down. Period. Preemptive shot would have saved two hostages and an LEO.
Hells bells, from a hundred yards I could have put a shot inside a 1 inch circle and so could dozens and dozens of people in this forum. Should have been a no brainer for trained police sniper.
Didn't have the will to act.
