Been waiting since March 28th and finally out of background and manufacturing pending!!!!

Took several calls and an email to my State Representative to get it done!

After 68 days, several calls and emailing the documents, my online status finally shows documents received and background check "Under Review"!!!

My patience has never been tested so hard!

Overnighted documents to Austin on 3/28/2013. No movement on the application at all. Legally, within 60 days, the DPS must issue the card or notify you why they can't issue and when they think they can make a determination on your application.
