Thanks for posting TAM.
While shoulder holsters may be easy to conceal this time of year when the weather is cool, may I ask if you ever wear one when it's hot and if so, how do you conceal?
Thanks and take care.

Re: What a great way to spend the morning!
I'm jealous on so many levels...
First, hunting on a Monday... Awesome!!!
Second, our season has been pretty slow down here on the coast. Hoping the colder weather is bringing in some fresh birds for this weekend...
Looks like an awesome morning and the smiles in the picture confirm it!!!

Re: Motor homes
Wow... We live full time in travel trailers at the moment. We have a 40' fifth wheel in Houston for staying in during the week. We have a 35' bumper pull toy hauler on our land in La Grange where we stay during the weekend. We are building our weekend home so that situation is not permanent. Where ...

Re: Motor homes
Are any of you full time RVers? What do you do for a government approved address? It seems strange that somebody who lives in a motor vehicle, and therefore needs a driving license, can't use a PO Box as their address. We full time but own property as well. We established an address there and use t...

Re: Do You Own A Judge or Judge Clone?
I bought a Judge last year as we were having a serious copperhead outbreak at our place. It is not painful for me to shoot with .410 and I haven't shot 45 long colt out of it. I use #4 or #2 shot for snakes and prefer it to my .45 or 9mm as most copperheads I've seen won't "pause" long eno...

Re: Convince me that constitutional carry is a good thing
I think what some believe when comparing constitutional carry vs. licensed carry is that somehow, licensed carry is limiting those who carry only to those with a license. That's just not true. Anyone who wants to carry can carry. It's their choice and they would have to deal with whatever consequenc...

Texas Capitol - State Trooper Contact
My wife, daughter, and I spent a few days in Austin last week trying out our new fifth wheel. We went through the Capitol one afternoon. I checked in at the LTC checkpoint at security. The Trooper asked for my LTC (but didn't want my drivers license) and asked me if I was carrying. I told him I was....

First Internet Purchase
I was in the market for a Taurus Judge due to a copperhead problem at our country place... I couldn't find what I wanted in Houston after checking all of my favorite firearm dealers,,, I have always been wary about buying on the internet but I really hate copperheads and have now killed 7 this sprin...

Re: Ford Super Duty Security
I have driven F-350's for years. Personally I never leave anything under the back seat other than the gooseneck bag and it's contents and a blanket etc. However in the front console, I have a vault that locks with a barrel key. I keep a .45 in there at all times and am not worried about the gun goi...

Re: Houston Banning Carry at Pride Events
"Pride Events" are various events to celebrate gay pride week. I know one is a parade downtown. Some probably include private venues too... Sorry but I wouldn't go near any of these events... Pretty silly that the city thinks by posting this they've made their event safe. Of course those t...

Re: Ford Super Duty Security
Thanks karder... I hear you on prices. I just bought my F350. I'm hoping the diesel gives me the longevity everyone says. I need to keep it for a while... I agree on not keeping a gun in a vehicle overnight. I don't normally have a need to do that unless I'm out hunting or something. Thanks for the ...

Ford Super Duty Security
Good morning. I wanted some input from folks who drive Ford Super Duty Crew Cabs with the locking storage compartments under the rear seats. What do you think about it? Would you trust it to secure a rifle or shotgun (I.e. One you leave in your pickup)? Would you trust it to secure your pistol or wo...
