Hehe, I had a similar situation. I forgot to include one of the certificates in my mad rush to get everything out. I actually noticed the next day and e-mailed the CHL department as to if I should send it in at the time, or wait for an official communique. THey said I could send it in and it would be matched up, so off to the post office.

Approx 3 weeks later, I get a letter from DPS saying my application was incomplete. :???: I'm basically thinking, something didn't get matched up and I'm screwed. I tried calling their voice numbers but they were forever busy. So, I took a leap of faith and faxed my response! It contained their letter, a copy of my e-mail communication, both certified receipts, the customer copy of the certificate that was missing, and a professional sounding letter detailing the events that took place.

I then recieved another letter from DPS about 1.5 weeks later saying my completed application had been recieved and directions to use the website to check my status. And I guess another 2.5 weeks later, a stark looking envelope came with that joyous piece of plastic. All in all, I gotta say the experience was very much in contrast to what I had been led to believe in terms of responses and correcting errors. I was surely dreading the deadly 'rejection' letter.
