I've got a Taurus PT145 Millenium Pro. It shoots fine, no problems except for "limp wristing" with one hand only. I've put around 500 rds. through it. I have read about people having reliabilty problems. The major one being the recoil spring poping out of the front of the slide rendering the gun inoperable.

I wish I had spent the extra money an bought a Glock 30.

But I like small & fast, so I carry mostly 357SIG caliber guns. Glock 33 is the favorite.

I bought an all steel EAA Witness compact 45 acp. It is 'easier' to shoot than the Taurus PT145 because it is heavy.
I carry the PT145 sometimes as a BUG it's light enough. The Witness, I would never carry! Too heavy!
