Mine was updated on monday, got it today (thursday). About 3-4 days Exactly, I just got home from work and checked the mail. There it was. It finally came. My status changed to complete on monday. I sent my packet Nov 28th, and recvd pin via email first because I requested it. (dates below) So, I was about 20 days ahead of you and I just found today my status has changed to License issued.

It seems the first 45 or so days was the longest.
