Wouldn't that be messed up if there were no 'jail group' next season? What if the Governor were to kill them all?77346 wrote:well, I think everybody knew he had to go...
I think Morgan is going to get back on his senses and join Rick and the jail group... next season

Re: The Walking Dead!
I read or saw somewhere that the writers were hearing about the zombies taking a backseat to the feuds. The answer was zombies are going to prove just how big a threat they still are very soon.

Re: The Walking Dead!
Why not just electrify the fence at the prison? They have the means, and Jenner said the disease was from the electrical charge in the brain.

Re: The Walking Dead!
I screwed up and watched the first episode on Netflix last weekend. Spent the week watching season 1, season 2, then bought season 3 to date to get caught up. It really is a pretty cool show.RX8er wrote:Okay, I have to admit..... I have never, ever watched a full episode but I think I'm going to change.
My 11 y/o son loves the show and I caught a glimpse. It was the episode where some lady caught a Zombie, chopped each arm off and then placed his mouth/teeth on a big rock. STOMP and teeth went a flyin'
Awesome!!!!!!!

Re: The Walking Dead!
I bought all of Season 3 to date on Amazon, and I am caught up. There are so many questions with this show. Why don't they go around the fence every once in a while and kill the zombies? Seems like you'd want to kill everyone you could. And why not burn them? Set everything on fire. Eventually the zombies would go away. And even the Romans knew the first thing you did when you set up a fort was to start by fortifying your perimeter.
I like Michonne. She's awesome. Anyone who has zombies as pets is definitely someone I want on my team.

Re: The Walking Dead!
There is a game on PC that is a port of Arma 2 called Day-Z about the zombie apocalypse. When it first came out, people were befriending anyone they could find in game. It didn't take long before zombies were nothing more than a nuisance in your defense from other players and player teams. People made it a point to play solely to kill other players and scavenge their supplies. Many played on people's trust where they would lure them in as a friend, only to kill them shortly thereafter. I know it's just a game, but it speaks to the mentality people get after being involved in something that requires a different way of thinking.

Re: The Walking Dead!
Ok. Spent all of today watching the second season, and I'm finally done. Question...why don't they call them "zombies"?
It's not a bad show, and I hate to say I can't believe I've missed the last few years of it. Whoever is producing this show seems to have an agenda that you don't need anything but pump shotguns, revolvers, and bolt action rifles to defend yourself from zombie hordes. Although, I'm not quite sure they are getting the point across. A couple guys with AKs or ARs and a few hundred rounds would have made short work of that zombie horde that hit the farm; even one of those deuce and a half trucks, they passed up so many times, (that will run on all sorts of fuel) would have made a mess of them. But no, they chose to stay with a busted up motor home.
So now I gotta wait for season 3 re-runs to catch them in order.

Re: The Walking Dead!
It took about 10 tries on the first episode before I could finally get through it, but in the last week I've gotten through the middle of the second season. Yeah, I'm a little late to the party. Are these people dumber than a bag of hammers? They have got to be the worst survivalists I have ever seen. There is more believability in a Rambo movie.
