It's on Patreon, for his Patreon paid subscribers only. It’s not a video, it’s a blog post, with some links, historical background, and ongoing details. He’s deliberately kept it "private" for his monetary supporters only, as he is a party to some of the ongoing litigation against the ATF, and his Patreon subscribers help pay for some of it.

I don't consider President Trump a "gun guy" in any sense of the word. However, I don't believe him to be specifically anti-firearms, either. I simply don't think he's knowledgeable on the subject. Unfortunately, he listened to some bad advice concerning the bump stocks. Hopefully he got wind of the blowback. He certainly hasn't made any more overtures in that direction. Joe Biden, OTOH, has been expressly anti-2A, anti-firearms, and anti-self-defense his entire political career. So, with that in mind, the choice for me becomes rather easy to make.
