Rights may indeed not be absolute. However, limitations placed on ANY right should ALWAYS be subject to the strictest of scutiny. One may not have the right to yell fire in a crowded theater, but if they want to stand on a sidewalk and talk about fire, they certainly shouldn't be blocked because hearing about fire upsets someone.
