Most of the comments on that article, well, they are absolutely either insane, deluded, or downright evil. Its always the same tired spew: the "militia" is the National Guard, the Founding Fathers were criminals who should have just paid up to the Crown, no one can fight the overwhelming might of the US military, no one "needs" a gun except law enforcement, and on and on. They refuse to look at what was written by the Founding Fathers, they refuse to look at history in general, and they refuse to look at facts. The mindsets between those people and the majority of us who post on this forum are so far apart that I do not believe that gap can ever be bridged, not that it should be bridged.
