Seems like we need some affirmative action in school hiring nation wide.
I saw that elsewhere. That guy is a walking violation of Federal law. IF this was handled correctly, he'd be brought up on Federal charges. However, we both know the reality of the situation, and what will likely happen to him: nothing.
