Coloradoans appear to have been successful in derailing the bill that would have banned concealed permit carry on Colorado campuses. Colorado's situation is a bit different then Texas' on this issue. It wasn't a statute that prohibited CHP campus carry . It was the logger-heads in university administration, before the CO Supreme Court ruled against them.
If the rabid anti-2A in control of the Colorado General Assembly can be halted by 2A supporters, Texas shouldn't have any problem passing campus concealed carry this session.
