Obie-wan is a narcistic egomaniac who is physiologically dependent upon the "high" delivered to his brain by the royal receptions he receives at events such as last night's so-called "State of the Union" gathering, and his never-ending campaign tour.

When the bottom eventually falls out of his royal carriage - it won't be pretty.
