Committee substitute removes language for 'dual points of retention' for holster, leaves 30.06 alone, and adds 30.07 for open carry. Seeing some good support for the bill.

It's 6:05, still no presentation of HB700, and the committee is getting punch happy. Talk about the Chairman wearing a skirt...... No it's a kilt. HB1298 seemed to get a good reception, substitute withdrawn.

I completely understand. No harm, no foul - I still support the bill, and have let all committee members that I expect them to support it as well. Is there any way to get the text of CSHB 700? I know that Mr. Cotten has said it changes the 30.06 back, and addresses the holster issue. But I would like to see a copy of the text that was substituted. Anyone got link or a copy?
