Regardless, there is plenty of governmental shenanigans to be worried about. The Kokesh muckraking is only a symptom of how many feel the same. This guy is for all intents and purposes an agent of a foreign government, Russia. His podcasts are distributed by RT America(an organ of the Russian Gov't)he's funded by them. He and merry band appear to be camping out in a $700k to $1 million home in DCs Va. suburbs with no visible means of support. Someone of them was in possession of an illegal weapon and hallucinogenic substances.
And, he did break the law in DC on July 4th, as he would have, had he done the same thing in Texas.
