I get my email through a road runner account. Talk about blocking, they have a settings area for you to place either an email address or even a whole domain in and supposedly it will block it....except it doesn't work. So, I give up and just hit the delete button.
One would think as simple thing like a block would be easy for a service provider but they just don't care.
