I guess the kicker here is the "violently" rack it to get the not fired round out. That to me implies that more force is necessary to unload than would normally be used. I don't have the answer but if this were my gun I would be calling the manufacturer for an answer. It is standard practice to rack a pistol to remove an unfired cartridge and it shouldn't take violent force.
