Very good!!! It all is coming together like it was planned from the beginning.JALLEN wrote:I have a SteppIR BigIR vertical for 80-6 at the moment, as well as a homebrew vertical, neither of which has been proven to work yet, as well as 2M/450 verticals. I bought the SteppIR used and was in the process of installing it on the dock behind our house. I discovered the switch on the 80 meter coil was broken, so sent it off to be replaced. When I got it back, we had an offer on the house, so I took down all the antennas, whereupon the sale cancelled. I didn't bother to put them back up, figuring another offer would come in any day. For the same reason, when my CCW permit was expiring I did not renew it figuring I would be moving soon, and here we are 2 years later!doncom wrote:Curious about what kind of antenna's you are planning to install?

BTW, our offer on a house was accepted this evening, after the customary amount for wheeling and dealing and haggling over details. We're leaving from Coronado June 14 and close escrow here June 18. The deals are very solid. All the inspections and appraisals on the Coronado sale have been approved and the contingencies lifted. The inspection on our new place will be Monday, and I head back to CA on Tuesday to get ready for the move.
