No, no need to do that. After a week or two you will get a confirmation email saying they received your files. Then the wait starts. Have a laugh at this: viewtopic.php?f=83&t=63753" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

At the bottom of the page fill out all the boxes with your info and in the comments section state that you are attaching all documentation for you CHL app.
At the very bottom you will see tools for attaching scanned documents. I did this with my renewal and my wife's renewal. If you look at the March applicants thread you will see many are doing the same thing. Seems to shave a few weeks off the process.
