Airport Carry
Hi everyone, Happy New Year!!! I received an email from a DAllas airport FBO as they are a lessor for a client of mine. My business client rents hangar and office space from the FBO and I spend considerable time with this client at their hangar. Their position is that based on the KDAL Rules and Reg...

I have the Sig 716 Heavy that has an 18". Once I got it sighted and stable, I was able to do 500 yards (about) with some training and instruction.

Re: Cheaper Than Dirt & the ol Bait And Switch??
I wonder if the loss of business is why they closed the Ft Worth store front. Theowner of the Fort Worth store front broke it off from "Cheaper Than Dirt" a few years ago, from what I'm told. The store was officially "Outdoors Adventures" and the corporate CTD merely employed th...

Re: OK, I'm confused (51% signage)
Keith, can you share the link to the TABC? Sometimes, there is another business that is created just for the sale of alcohol and since this is their only business, meet the requirements for a 51% sign. I believe the Bass Performance Hall is the same way in Fort Worth. There is a second business that...

That's not her story. She stated she pulled in behind them. Third party, the paper said the officer stated she blocked them in. And, Unlawful Restraint does not constitute movement in a vehicle. It is against the individual person. If she didn't physically restrain them or hold them at gunpoint, th...

It'll never be reported if it continues this way as it doesn't fit their agenda.

I've seen them and even considered one for my bike. I decided against them as people said the seal breaks down over a short period of time, the lock assy gets water and dirt in it and are much thicker than OEM. One guy said he has a problem with scraping now. Seeing as how my foot board mounts are a...

Re: Arlington Tx Officer seizes CHL holders gun
I read all the posts and am amazed... There are hypotheticals and points that she broke the law and what not, I think in an effort to try and justify the outcome. I'm sure some of the positions are to play devils advocate or stir the pot. Some will argue just to try defend a group of people, even if...

I would like to think that there is more to the story than is being published. Wonder if this will be a test case or just settled out of court. Sure sounds like it's headed to the attorneys.

Re: Momentum Volkswagen Dealerships
I say carry away, don't go inside and go on the test drive. If you like the car, start to go inside to make the deal. If you spot a 30.06 sign, point it out to the salesman and tell him sorry, but you cannot finish the deal and let him know you will finish the sale at another VW dealership that isn'...
