It is not compliant but, whole foods is telling you they do not want your business. I would shop some place else. I never shop in a store that posts, even if it is totally non-compliant like this bogus sign. To many other places that will take my money and my chl.

I do not see happening with a Texas Chl, since your submit fingerprints for a Texas CHL. The last time I got a drives license you had to submit both thumbs for printing. He might have gotten a out of state chl which does require fingerprinting.

I have had my CHL for about a month now. After discovering TexasCHLforum, I now avoid any business that posts a gun free victims in side sign. I hope never to use my weapon, but if I need it, better to have it then wish I had it.

Cheaper than dirt in McKinney had a good selection on Friday. Prices ran from 1700-2400 dollar, depending on manufacturer.
