so pull up a chair, get a cup of coffee, get close to the fire to get warm and kick back, everybody here is very nice and friendly, not to mention the wealth of information and they are willing to share.It seems that you are on the same exact boat as I am, I mailed my package to Austin the same day that you did and I waited and waited until I got tired of it, so I decided to call and every time they would give me a "canned" response, both via e-mail and on the phone, but that was only until I spoke on the phone with a guy that had brains and that was willing to go the extra mile, and he did because I told him that it was over 7 weeks since I had mailed my package and I had received nothing and they haven't even put it in their system, well, guess what, he went and research and my application was buried 6 feet under somebody's desk, so he went ahead and rescued it and he input it into the system himself and now I have a PIN number that he provided right over the telephone and now it shows "Processing Application". I suggest you do the same thing, be corteous but persistant, I figured they finally got tired of me calling
