I scanned all my documents and tried to submit them electronically, however, I kept getting a yellow error screen when I submitted. I tried several times with the same results. FYI, I have successfully submitted my New CHL application online (CHL-100, CHL-6, FAST receipt, and Checklist).

Sent the email this past Saturday (12/8), and application was listed as received Friday (12/14).

To email your documents, scan them into your computer as word, pdf, jpg, etc files and fill out the "contact us" form (email) found here: http://www.txdps.state.tx.us/rsd/contact/default.aspx It is quicker and easier. Since I am not 100% sure about sending my docs in electronically. I fig...
