Pearland PD stop with expired DL
Last week I was on the way to the PSC range with my buddy and the truck was stocked with our pistols and ARs. As I'm driving I pass by a parked Pearland Cop and he instantly pulls out. You know that feeling when you know you're getting pulled over?? Well sure enough the lights go off! It used to mak...

Re: Sig P238 failure to eject - HELP!
Recently got a new Sig Sauer P238 for my wife. After 175 rds, we've encountered 9 FTEs (failure to eject). Four FTE out of 100 rds of PMC 95 grain FMJ. Three FTE out of 50 rds of Fiocchi 95 grain FMJ. And two FTE out of 25 rds of Remington Golden Sabre 102 grain jacketed hollow point. Anyone else e...

Re: Just Purchased this Python...
Question, was I ripped off? There is a little rust, but the gun looks great. I just wish the original barrel was on the gun. No, you weren't ripped off. Look carefully at the revolver, especially the barrel. Are there any marks that tell you who did the custom work? If a revolver can be traced to c...

Re: Just Purchased this Python...
I'm sure you will enjoy your Python Kodiac. In one way it's nice being likely one of a kind. I don't know that I would change anything on it - being so unique. Kind of modern looking. Not being negative, but, honestly, it kind of makes my head hurt everytime I look at that square barrel..... Enjoy ...

Re: Just Purchased this Python...
It shot great. I hated that he barrel was changed, then I shot I and was six for six on the plates from ten yards.
What a great gun. Now I need to shoot more .357.
With a pure Ivory white grip I would be an awesome gun

Just Purchased this Python...
image-2.jpeg image-1.jpeg image.jpeg So I just purchased this Colt Python. Serial number has it at early 70's. The barrel was switched out for competitive shooting. I love the look of this thing and running to the range to go shoot it. I paid $800 for the gun plus some ammo. I am planning on puttin...

I called and left messages on both. I asked both to at least bring the bill to a vote.

Re: PSC (Pearland Shooting Center). Anyone here a member?
I've been a member for the past year and live this place. Are there any members on this board? I'm very interested in meeting up with some members and shooting each others guns! For example, I'm very interested in shooting a revolver. I'm looking to buy a 686 4'or 6 inch, but hate to buy one without...

Re: GRB Gun Show
Just got home from the gun show. There are 4 different events going on at the Convention Center...a fishing show, Corvette Show, Dinosaur show and the Gun show. There is also an outdoor festival across the street. I mention this because there is NO parking. I parked about a mile away and paid $15 t...

Noodle, I'm a NY Yankee, born and raised. I resisted my new Texan feelings for a few years, then all of a sudden, you have a CHL, three hand guns and an AR!

Re: Carrying at my son's soccer practice
It's a very interesting conversation. I went this evening to my other sons lacrosse game. The field is on school property. There is a fence around the field, but anyone can enter the stands. There is no gate or fence around the stands. There is a bathroom under the stands. With this facility can I ...

Re: Carrying at my son's soccer practice
Unless the games are indoors, you CAN carry at his games also, just don't go inside buildings. Great to know! I always thought that I couldn't carry on the grounds of the school and in the stands at the sporting event. They have a bathroom under the bleachers, which I assume would be considered ins...
