There is an article in the [Pre-paid legal service] newsletter about OK law as it pertains to reciprocity. Long story short, there is some question if we as TX holders can open carry. October 8th the instructor turned in our paperwork. It took just over three weeks for the DPS website to show they had received it. November 14th they said they had mailed it, 6 days later and it is not here yet! I live just outside of Austin city limits and it takes a week to get here??? 6 days to ...
