A few days later I see this car sitting in the alley and a lady taking pictures of my fence. Ten days later I get a notice from the City of Plano giving me 30 days to repair my fence. The car belonged to a lady in our HOA. I could not believe anyone would act so ridiculous about a fence falling down.
