Guess I'm the unluck one, that I still haven't receive my CHL thanks to our US Postal office.
8-24-2012 CHL Class
8-24-2012 Application Submitted
9-6-2012 Fingerprints Done
9-7-2012Packet Sent to DPS
9-28-2012 Mailed
10-11-2012 Still waiting, Called DPS today, they said "it's probably loss by Postal office".
And that I'll need to wait till 10/28(30day requirement) before they can reissue another one. 
10-12-12 Received my plastic today,
I guess its miracle, don’t need DPS to reissue after all. 
Interesting… post marked dated on 10/9/12. About time! anyone out there can break my record of the longest wait time? haha!
