Governments continually prove to me that once a "list" is created, it is very hard to get off of it.
I think that's the same fear that drive soldiers from seeking help. The mental health professionals of Florida are pushing against the bill for the same reasons.Cprems points are great and I don't disagree with them. I fear that without strong, clear language and safeguards, people will fear they are irrevocably surrendering their 2A rights if they seek treatment.
