I agree. The media has assumed they were federal police because of where they were. but that really is an assumption and I am under no legal obligation to assume that. This is why we used to always have uniformed police with the plainclothes detectives when they went on raids or served warrants. Texas law says that the person knows they are police IF they are wearing the distinctive uniform, but only then is the assumption legally made.Soccerdad1995 wrote: ↑Tue Jun 09, 2020 12:23 pm I don't normally agree with these guys about anything.
