I also heard that. And my first thought was that this could be a very interesting legal case. I really don't care too much about Ohio's status as a general rule, but I seem to remember that they were also the state that ratified the Income Tax amendment and that there was some question about whether they did it right or not.

Can you see that court case if one of the anti-income tax people gets enough money and a good lawyer and fights it to SCOTUS?

Well, I guessed wrong, but there is another place in the continental US where you were not born in a city, state, county.

I just assumed we would have turned down anyone from Louisiana for a CHL, just because.
